Who Is This Workshop For?
Our Back Pain & Sciatica Workshop is for you if...
You've been suffering from on and off back pain for years - you're avoiding things you used to love - and you're starting to accept this is as "normal"
You've been told that "it's just arthritis" - and there's nothing you can do
You've tried physical therapy, chiropractic, massage, or countless other treatments - but the back pain ALWAYS comes back
You've noticed more back pain and stiffness since this pandemic started because you're still off your routine haven't been able to get back to it.
You've been told that surgery is your only option - but you really don't want it (make sure you actually need it before you go under the knife)
You've started a new gym program or exercise routine and you've "tweaked" your back - or it just doesn't feel right
You've got pain in your butt or down your leg - and stretching, foam rolling, and exercising is NOT helping - or perhaps even making it worse?
What Will You Learn in This Workshop?
Why so many people suffer from back pain - and some very easy "tricks" to start feeling better NOW.
Why X-rays or MRI's can be unreliable - and why you shouldn't rely on them to "diagnose" your back problem and dictate your treatment plan.
Why arthritis is rarely the problem - what is really going on to cause your back pain?
The true statistics about back surgery - and the outcomes your surgeon DOESN'T tell you about.
How to know if your hip, knee or leg pain is really coming from your back - and what you should do about it.
How you can get started working with Natural Fit Therapy to fix your back pain naturally - without pills, procedures, injection, or surgery - at no cost to you.
