We are a rapidly growing Physical Therapy and Wellnes Clinic located in North Austin. We specialize in helping people age 50+ stay healthy, active, and independent...even if they have been told they are JUST GETTING OLD. Ryan Seifert (owner/founder) is a Physical Therapist who after being tired and frustrated of how seniors and people in general were treated (employees and patients) in large healthcare organizations set out to do business differently.

We have experienced rapid growth in the first 15 months since opening in June 2017. We are on track to reach annual gross sales/revenue of 600-700k - and we are now offering you an opportunity to help us to continue that expansion.

The right person is likely to have been supervising/managing a team for at least two years - and feels that now is the right time to step up to a role that has significant growth and career oppportunities as we continue to expand throughout Central Texas.

You will be responsible for managing a team of 8 staff members (and rising), ensuring company KPI's are hit and that all interanl procedures are documented, continually developed, and adhered to by staff - as well as ensure that company culture and patient experience improved and daily rituals are maintained. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure company weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs are met and reported to Ryan with summary
  • Develop and regulary update online procedures library to be accessed by staff
  • Company rituals - ensure dily/weekly/monthly company rituals are developed and adhered to
  • Foster deeper relationships with customers and clients (NPS and documenting of online/vide testimonials)
  • Quarterly perfomance reviews of staff
  • Design and update Employee Manual
  • Review and evolve mployee scorecards (responsibilities/expectations/KPIs)
  • Organize and plan all speaking events and workshops
  • Improve the organization with future hires/fires
  • Create a maintain exceptional relationships in current and new facility partnerships
  • Strive to improve customer experience with creative and out of the box ideas

What You Need :

  • Analytical skills - draw insightful conclusions from data/KPIs
  • Process and system orientated with exprience using CRM software
  • Working experience with company KPIs (and an exceptional understanding of what activity impacts those KPIs)
  • Skilled at planning, organizing, scheduling, and budgeting in an efficient and productive manner
  • Abiliy to focus on key priorities
  • Ability to follow through on commitments
  • Quick learner with the ablity to understand and absorb new information
  • Attention to detail - not let important detais slip through the cracks or derail a project
  • Persistence - tenacity and willingness to go the distance to get something done
  • Proactivity - act without being told what to do
  • Experience with hiring and firing
